Hurricane Melissa Relief Effort

On October 28, 2025, Hurricane Melissa made landfall in Jamaica with 185 mph winds — the strongest storm in the island’s history. While our Jamaican employees were safe here in Missouri, their families endured devastating loss to homes, crops, and livelihoods. These team members have been with us for nearly 20 years — they are family. In January, Stephanie and I will be traveling to Jamaica to deliver essential supplies and support rebuilding efforts firsthand. We’ve established a Hurricane Melissa Relief Fund, beginning with our personal donation of $25,000.
