Design + Installation: What to Expect

A Nelson Land expert meets with you at your property to assess the project scope. We review wall options (Rosetta, natural stone, modular), turf areas, plantings, irrigation, topsoil, and more—ensuring your vision is fully understood.

Step 2: Site Analysis

Using advanced tools and 25+ years of experience, we gather detailed measurements and notes to begin developing a custom landscape design tailored to your space and needs.

Step 3: Custom Design Plan

We create a professional design using Rain CAD software. Your plan will reflect your preferences, site specifics, and sustainable landscaping best practices.

Step 4: Design Review + Revisions

Once the final details have been established, Nelson Land Services will begin work, by installing the landscape services that have been previously outlined in the design process.

Step 5: Installation + Construction

Our experienced team begins installing your landscape according to the approved design—covering everything from hardscaping and irrigation to planting and grading.

Step 6: Final Walkthrough + Care Tips

Once installation is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you. We’ll review the work, answer questions, and provide care tips to help your landscape thrive.
